OUR ROADMAP

Learn what works, then scale it.

We will prove our model on a small scale, measure the results, and only then grow. This roadmap shows how we plan to move from launch to a network that can be replicated in other communities.

THREE PHASES

From foundation to expansion.

Timelines are planning targets and will be adjusted as we learn about real demand and resources.

PHASE 1 · MONTHS 1–6

Foundation

  • Establish the nonprofit and recruit the board
  • Create governance and student-safety policies
  • Build the website and recruit volunteers
  • Form first school and community partnerships
  • Launch the pilot tutoring program

PHASE 2 · MONTHS 7–18

Demonstration

  • Expand student participation
  • Collect and share program data
  • Develop the fundraising program and apply for grants
  • Build corporate partnerships
  • Introduce technology assistance

PHASE 3 · YEARS 2–5

Expansion

  • Expand geographic reach
  • Increase tutoring and launch scholarships
  • Develop career programs

And online tutoring to reach more students.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLE

Grow only what helps students.

This cycle keeps us from building a large organization before we know our programs work.

  1. Identify a real educational problem
  2. Design a focused solution
  3. Test it on a small scale
  4. Measure the results
  5. Improve the program
  6. Raise additional funding
  7. Scale what works
